| The basic function of TagCOM
1.1 is to communicate with ELGAB RFID readers TCI 700 22 and TCI 620 50.
You can select Reader Modes, set Reader Parameters and test the functions
of the reader from TagCOM´s main window. The user interface is very
user-friendly and easy to understand.
TagCOM feature a database function where names or descriptions can be associated with tag codes and then recalled when the tag is read. A logging function lets you log the tag readings together with date, time and the associated name from the database. This is ideal for demonstration purposes where you want to show the possibilities of RFID in general. The database and log files are standard .SSV and .TSV files. They can be created, opened and edited using TagCOM or other programs like MS Excel or a text editor. Features:
